Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Facility : Care New England Medical Group Primary Care and Specialty Services - Pawtucket, RI
Duration: 13 week temp to perm
Shift Type: Mon to Fir - 08:00 - 16:30
Summary:
The HRIS Analyst manages HR data integrity and reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Responsibilities include auditing records, creating dashboards, troubleshooting data files, and handling government reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and correct HR data across departments and vendors.
- Develop HR dashboards for leadership.
- Troubleshoot data file errors.
- Manage government reporting requirements.
- Ensure HR data integrity and format files for uploads.
- Utilize Tableau for data analysis.
- Perform data uploads and calculate turnover rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of IT or HR analytics experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience in HR metrics and analytics.
- Tableau experience preferred.
- Critical thinking skills and fluency in English.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Work Location: On the road
